SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The “Local Banking Survey” sweepstakes begins at approximately 9 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 17, 2022 and ends at approximately 9 am ET on June 5, 2022 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

 

PRIZES: Ten (10) prizes of $100 cash each.

 

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: By participating in the “Local Banking Survey” sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and unconditionally accepts the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. The sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and are void outside the United States and wherever prohibited by law. Prizes may be subject to tax; all applicable taxes are the responsibility of the winner.

 

ELIGIBILITY: The “Local Banking Survey” sweepstakes is open to individuals who (a) are legal residents of Maine and New Hampshire and (b) are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.  LKC are not eligible to win. The sponsor has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant before any prize is issued.

Limited to one (1) entry per person. Normal time, toll, connection and usage rates, if any, charged by your Internet service provider, will apply. 

 

DRAWING AND DISTRIBUTION OF PRIZES: Eligible submissions will be entered into the “Local Banking Survey” sweepstakes. After the sweepstakes period has ended, the winners will be selected at random. The decision of the Sponsor as to the winners is final and binding in all respects. Winners may be required to provide verification of identification, age and residency.  No alternative prize or other substitution or transfer of prize is permitted. Winners are responsible for the payment of any federal, state and local taxes on the prize, and for any other costs and expenses not specifically described above that are associated with the acceptance and use of a prize. Limit to one entry per household.

 

WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winners will be notified between June 13-17, 2022. If the sponsor is unable to reach the winner after three (3) attempts, another winner will be selected in accordance with official sweepstakes rules. 

 

ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning is dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received. 

 

ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS: All prizes are non-transferable. No substitution is permitted. LKC may require a Release Form to be completed by the winner. By participating in the sweepstakes, entrants agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless LKC and all their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions and liability of any kind caused in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the sweepstakes or acceptance, possession or use of any prize awarded. LKC is not liable for any lost or stolen entries, prizes or sweepstakes information. LKC is not responsible for the printing of or typographical errors in any sweepstakes-related materials. Sponsor, advertising and promotional agencies and all their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents disclaim any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from access to or the download of information or materials connected with this sweepstakes. Sponsor does not make any warranties, express or implied, as to the condition, fitness or merchantability of the prize. 

 

The LKC Public Relations and Management Consultants “Local Banking Survey” sweepstakes official rules shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire without regard to its principles of conflicts of law. Jurisdiction and venue shall be solely within the State of New Hampshire for the resolution of any disputes relating to the administration of the sweepstakes. Sweepstakes void where prohibited by law. 

 

CHANGES: LKC Public Relations and Management Consultants reserves the right to change sweepstakes rules and/or dates at any time without additional notice. In the event of any dispute pertaining to this sweepstakes, the decision of LKCPublic Relations and Management Consultants Management is final.
